Crookwood Product Warranty Policy

Crookwood warrant their products against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase.

How we will repair the unit during this period

If during this period, your Crookwood product develops a fault, we will repair or replace all faulty parts, free of charge, including labour.  You are responsible for getting the faulty product back to us, or a local Crookwood service centre. We will be responsible for the carriage and insurance for the return journey back to you.

What may be excluded

If the failure is not due to a manufacturing defect, we will however reserve the right to charge for repairing the unit. An example of this might be replacing a part that has been crushed due to a handling accident.

After the warranty period has finished

Once out of warranty, we will continue to repair most parts without charge for a further year. However you will be responsible for paying the carriage and insurance both to and from us.

After 2 years

After 2 years we will reserve the right to charge for repairs. However where the cost is low, it is unlikely that we will charge you.  Again you will be responsible for paying the carriage and insurance both to and from us.

Registering your Product

To register your Crookwood product, simply email us at sales@crookwood.com with the following details:

  • Your name, address, contact number and email address
  • The name of the Crookwood product, who you purchased it from and when.

Products supplied directly by Crookwood will automatically be registered.

We warrant the product, not the owner, so this warranty is transferable.  If you do not register the product, we will take the date of supply from the date we originally shipped the product to the original owner or dealer.

This warranty is effective from 1st jan 2008 until further notice.
