It’s not working how I’d have expected

Just hate it – want to return it

This needs to be done before the 15th day after receipt! Please email us to say you are returning and give us an explanation of the problem. We will then be waiting for it and will repair or refund as per the T&Cs. Please return all the packaging, leads and manuals.


Please note that the quality of the files you are playing will affect the sound quality i.e. some video streaming sites have poor quality MP3s.
